I don't believe GTA 6 will be affected.

You'll just likely need an ID verification, like all these gaming sites are gonna mandate before long.

And yes, they will provide it, and that game as usual will sell millions of copies.

It will just be another soulless game like V was! Same ol same ol with gimmicky updates and changes. How many copies a game sells is irrelevant, it is always how many actually like it that purchases it. Like a movie that sells a million tickets in sales but only 100,000 actually liked it.

From my point of view, the whole id verification thing to censor everything governments seem bad is just gonna result in another prohibition era.

I'd wager the game will just not be as successful as they hope for reasons that are probably the devs choices, but then they'll blame external sources (such as censorship or accuse the fans of being racists). Seems to be the trend for all games, these days...

It won't even be available on PC for at least a year from its console release.
