END DOTA 2 OR FIX IT - MAKE A DECISION on SMURF CHEATERS

After all the years and money spent supporting Dota 2, the game is nearly ruined and the moderation is laughable. The forum is also a joke and no relief is forthcoming. You have a reporting mechanic to report bad behavior - smurf in game - etc. - and yet no action is taken over and over again.

So we have players that buy accounts, purchase scripts all over the internet, then play games with zero player history. A player might have 3 games on record then goes 19-1 in a game with 128 heroes, 4 spells per hero, aghs spells, agh shard spells. 100s of items and weapons AND SOMEHOW the new player knows it all while doing things he is incapable of doing because he's a smurf cheating.

Hilariously you report the smurfs. You call out the smurfs in game. The end result - they smurfs report you and eventually you perfect conduct score goes below 7000 and Valve hits me with 2 low Priority games which i will never play.

Awhile back you banned 1000s and made this big tough guy statement that you would ALWAYS monitor the game and that cheaters were never allowed.

What happened - you forgot your pledge to paying Dota 1 supporters?. You are not providing the fair experience demanded by a customer. Does 18 years being a user and customer matter at all?

Apparently not.

OP, you need to post in the game forum, and talk to the games devs / publisher directly. They are not in this forum, and do not have access to this sub-forum.

This is a Steam related sub-forum, to discuss using the steam user interface on the client, app, and websites.

There are no valve / steam employees or staff, server techs, steam support, or moderators in this steam related sub-forum. No one in this USER - USER only sub-forum can help you.
