and your posting this here in a user to user only sub-forum why? steam has nothing to do with your prices, talk to your government and the games developer / publisher who make the decision on prices. Steam only offers a suggestive price to the publisher / developer.
No user in this user only steam related sub-forum can help you get those changes.
Good luck.
It's down to banking and conversions their end. Payment processors and of course, the publishers that set the prices too.
Bugger all to do with Valve.
So yes, contact your government because that is how it works.
https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/taxation/vat/vat-rules-rates/index_en.htm
VAT rates applied in EU countries
Although VAT is charged throughout the EU, each EU country is responsible for setting its own rates.
As for the USA the price shown does not include tax which is added later at checkout.
In the EU the price shown includes VAT. For Poland VAT is 23%.
As of now it seems like majority just puts you into EU zone, converts Euros to Zloty without taking quality of life into account and the fact that you have your own separate currency.
