Recent bugs for me atm last month or so, is it just me or what happened?

Cant brows screenshots with the arrow key anymore, in the Steam Overlay.

And while adding more text to a existing notepad it scrambles every word up to a messy clunk, sort of speak.

I hope this is a bug that is not only for me and will be fixed really soon, since i spend so much time with both screenshots and the notepad.

Any help or advice would be helpful, from steam or steam users.
