Yes, more than enough. It is better than many paid antiviruses.

And dont forget, the best antivirus wont save you if you shut off your brain and do dumb things on the internet.

I don't even have an AV and im fine. (Linux User thought.)

Most OS are fairly secure on their own as long as the user himself don't become the weak point.

But, to answer your question more directly. Defender is enough yes. Just educate yourself on how to browse the web safely and youll be fine.

As people have stated, it's more than enough for the daily user and where they're going.

Now if you're going to more shady websites, you might need a little extra.

Windows Defender is an integral part of the Windows 10, 11 OS.
