None of the payment options in Poland work sanely

They do work, just not in a sane way.

1) Paypal - disapeared for some reason, nvm that...
2) VISA - goes to bank auth page (PKO in my case) - sometimes authorizes correctly sometimes just does some weird transaction error and fails leaving a hanging transaction for 15 minutes or so.
3) Transfer - in Poland it's mostly through this thing called BLIK. Again, goes to payment processor, works fine. But then goes back to steam and display's some transaction error. But the payment is still fine and the purchase completes :)

Seems weird that it's all so janky on the biggest games selling platform. No other store has such problems for me. Epic's fine, Ubi, Microsoft and all the internet payment work great. Steam - the moment it has to go to 3rd party payment processors - jank mode.

Also - the Steam mobile app... I was never able to actually buy a game using that. Again, goes to processor, there everything is fine. Afterwards, it can never continue the transaction, just kinda gets stuck, not realizing that the processor has successfully finished etc. Jank mode, enhanced edition.

Paypal still works for you on stores like Epic, Ubi, and the others you listed?

Don't know. Haven't used it in a while anywhere. I usually just pay with VISA or BLIK instead these days.

PayPal can ban you for any reason they decide, so if you do business with it, make sure it's a PayPal business account and not your own. Do NOT treat it or trust ilike a secondary bank, you can and will lose money for any reason, at any time.
