i don't understand am i vc banned on steam or is it not solvable im new to steam and i searched everywhere and the problem is in steam games for me i went to old posts i tried everything they said,. it didnt work for me it didnt help me man if u have anything that can help im all ears

Have you checked the voice settings on Steam, click Steam (top left corner), then settings, the voice option is on the menu that opens, check that firstly and make sure it's set up right.

Does your headset/mic use drivers? If so, are they up-to-date?

yes i updated them and made sure im using the same mic im using in settings the problem is my mic is not working in game but on discord it works fine

Is it enabled for that particular game? You should be able to find it in the game settings. Have you checked the forums for that game to see if anyone else has the same issue, with a possible solution.

Have you tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in, it might be a basic communication error with the mic while you're in-game.

Failing that, try setting everything to default in the game, then reset the mic settings, see if that fixes it.
