all of steams problems for the foreseable future
they come from

1.the woke - political activists feminists lgbt blm ect especially in the form of censorship
2.always on line - forced updates and technical problem. breaks mods ect fatigues users most of the people who dropped linux and went back to windows will understand this one.
3.gamestop - not making their own games. dependency on garbage like ubisoft poisoning the platform and uploading the game. various finger wagging do this or we wont upload our games. obviously not limited to ubisoft rolls back around into the first one to target indies "eating market share" most of the problems will reflect what happened to gamestop and netflex on this point.

paypal deplatforming steam was obvious. its how the woke political activists work. it was likely pressure from visa and mastercard the only way to prove it is a lawsuit if i recall correctly paypal piggybacks off them.

this is one of two issues people who actually care about the world are watching like a hawk. the second being ip abuse/laws

you wont be able to do business. you will own nothing. you will live in the pods and eat the roaches on ubi. it is the point of the abuse from the political activists. if you arent touched yet its coming its just not your turn yet. clearly they feel its steams turn.

the instant feminists and think of the children was used in the same sentence the reasonable reaction was to laugh them out of the room. those same feminists aborted said children. they bragged about it and made sure everyone they knew it was them that did it. they dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about the children and its proven over and over agian on a variety of issues including the trans non sense where they want them to chop body parts off while telling easily confused children they are something they arent and statistically grow out of during puberty. the education system in the entire west is a travesty no matter what country it is.

idiots and insane people dont use words to communicate they use them like magic spells to shut down speech. so no you cant talk to them. you just piss off everyone who sees the inevitable. paypal debanking is an example where there was no point where talking to them worked. they view it as admission of guilt to false accusations and bending of the knee to their wannabe lordship. obviously legally speaking there is a bare minimum of speaking required. any deal you make will hurt you. any deal you make will be overtly in the political activists favor for the above reasons and more.

this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is so bad now my dentist is having a problem with card processing.

the answer was always "visa mastercard. its a legal transaction shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and process the transactions your opinion doesnt matter at all"

the only reason the goverment wont come down on them over this is in the near future is the above you will have nothing eating roaches and live on ubi being the plan. yall wont like that world or what follows it. trump doing an executive order is temporary. it goes away the instant a democrat throws it out in the white house. the instant you cant do business in a society that almost requires access to electronic banking there is only two ways it goes. it is a legal expectation that those who cant do business electronically for what ever ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane personal bs reason die or bend the knee to wannabe nobility.

You can still make purchases using PayPal with most of the valuable currencies.

Weve already had threads discussing that, and the rest.

Everything you mentioned in your wall of text are problems FOR YOU but NOT FOR STEAM.
I kind of find amazing how some people still cling to the straw of blaming everything to 'the woke'.
I haven't seen a case of brain diarrhea this bad since I stopped visiting Off Topic.

They haven't. There is an issue with the acquiring bank used for certain currencies. That bank is declining all transactions. Please stop getting you information for an "AI" chatbot. They are famously wrong on most things.

correct. The acquiring bank may also have stopped support for those currencies out of other reasons. That it happened right at the time Collective Shout protested against the content on Steam, might even be coincidental.

Like I said in another topic I could care less about the type of game being made for the gamers out there that will buy them as long as they don't break laws like having underage children in them.

That is different than woke if a game is made for said people. Woke in infusing those ideals into games they were never meant to be ensconced in the first place.

Look, folks ... did you really believe everything was going to stay hunky-dory for the video game industry forever?

There is always another mountain to climb after the previous mountain you got over, and the people the gaming industry and gamers are fighting against aren't always going to play fair. In fact, most of them believe they know better than you do and are doing what is best for you because they think so.

All you can do is vote with your wallet and not support people who are actively and/or passively against you. That is the answer.

And in the end ... hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Unless you fully control a situation there is really nothing else we can do.

none of you disproved me and as execpted the usal bad actors got stuck on the second part.

instead of just visa and mastercard its visa mastercard and stripe. its directly related to Australian femnists collective shout and wouldnt be happening without them.

name names for these specific banks and countries and its obvious what happened.

Valve themsleves have stated that the PayPal issues are due to an acquiring bank. Whether a tiny Mary Whitehouse wannabe outfit is taking the credit, doesn't matter. As far as PayPal is concerned, the issue is specifically an acquiring bank that handles certain currencies.

Wonder if all of this is about PayPal doing the currency exchange (at their own profit) instead of charging the pierce in the actual currency of the store.

There is nothing to disprove, since YOU haven't proven anything, just written a wall of pointless text, and that's IF you've written it yourself and not tasked AI to write it for you.
