Steam has been glitching recently

On my computer any games outside of steam (for example through Xbox) work fine but on steam all my games are being very slow, glitchy, and have low quality graphics. Iv reset my computer but that hasn’t fixed the problem. These games should work fine on my computer and did work fine until recently. Like I said it’s only steam games, not ones outside of it. Any possible fixes?

As for games being low quality for you, can't you just fix them in the graphics settings? and idk why you're having issues with games while through/on Steam. I'm sure a Valve pet will come through to help you out.

steam is going downhill on a crash course, console gaming is better now
