know any turn based RPG that can take 70-100+ hours to 100% ?
I've played all persona games (yes, 1 until 5) and BG3. those games can take 70+ hours to beat the main game alone. anyone know any other games with similar game length?

Looks like you missed the part where he typed BG3 which equals Baldur's Gate 3.

Try Epic Battle Fantasy 3 OP.
You could try something really old school like

https://steamhost.cn/app/843260/The_Bards_Tale_Trilogy/

Without hints/walkthroughs completing those three games can take ages.
Disgaea series…

Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader
Pathfinder: Kingmaker
Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous
Dead State: Reanimated
Wasteland Series
UnderRail

Probably others those are the ones that came to mind.

Deep Rock Galaxy: A staggering 538 hours minimum to 100% complete

Monster Hunter Generations is about 54½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 183 Hours to obtain 100% completion.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt: A massive story-driven RPG that can take well over 100 hours to complete, with completionists looking at 180+ hours.

Divinity: Original Sin II: A tactical-RPG with a main story that can take between 40 and 70 hours to complete, with 100% completion requiring multiple playthroughs.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite: A massive game that offers hundreds of hours of gameplay, perfect for players seeking long-term and highly engaging RPG experiences.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 4: The grand finale of a sprawling saga that takes around 104 hours to complete, depending on exploration and side activities.

Fallout: New Vegas Can Take Over 130 Hours To 100%

Star Ocean:Till The End Of Time Is True To Its Name, Requiring Over 350 Hours To 100%

Xenoblade Chronicles X is a huge open-world RPG that can take well over 250 hours to fully complete.

Elden Ring & Shadow Of The Erdtree Eat Up Hundreds Of Challenging Hours
The Base Game & DLC Combined Can Take Over 180 Hours To 100%, & That's If You're Good

Stardew Valley Isn't Your Typical RPG But Will Take You Hours Nonetheless
Players Will Sink Hundreds Of Hours Into Stardew Without Realizing Where The Time Went

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Can Take Over 220 Hours To Beat.

Edit: Not many turned based ones but they are long to finish.

If you haven't played it yet, i recommend doing Final Fantasy 9, it is one of, if not, the hardest Final Fantasy game to 100% in terms of achievements/trophies, as well as learning the ins and outs of the game itself.
Rogue Trader.
Want to be REALLY busy? Pick up the "Trails/Kiseki" series and play them without a guide.

Long turn-based RPG's? Well that kind of depends how you play, can't really tell how people would play a game. I can give you some more lengthy turn-based RPG's off the top of my head.

Betrayal at Krondor
Betrayal in Antara
Arcanum of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
Fallout 1+2
Temple of Elemental Evil with modpack
Wizardry series, specifically Wizardry 8 as it's newer
Bard's Tale
Might and Magic series
Realms of Arkania series, the originals not the remakes
Dungeons and Dragons Gold Box
Wasteland series
Bard's Tale series
Underrail
Wizards and warriors
Avernum series
Geneforge series
Ultima 7, Ultima series
Darklands

And many, many JRPG's. I have a few in my mind, but there's a lot of those.
If you havent played Dragon Quest 11, it's a must-buy, one of the best turn based JRPGs on Steam, up there with the early Final Fantasy's.

Another fantastic suggestion,

Not an RPG, but turn-based XCOM-2 still holds up quite well.
Chaosolous 26 Aug @ 10:19am
BG3
D:OS 2
Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
Final Fantasy 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15
Chrono Trigger
Skies of Arcadia

Then like, ten thousand more.
