You can't. It's your responsibility to keep your account secure and you did not do that.

Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

If the point transaction was made less, than 2 weeks ago, try resetting (not changing) your password. It should reverse any point purchase.

Stop logging in to third party sites that ask for your Steam login. Or clicking on "free gift" links in Discord chat. Or falling for phishing scams. You gave them your 2FA codes, they used them.

Reset your password and any points your account issued less then 14 days ago will be cancelled and returned to your account.

It's a third party site and use them at your own risk. You wouldn't give away your bank details to some random site and your Steam credentials should be treated with importance too.
