Okay....so what? Many things are removed for various reasons

it's just 1 week ago i post a discussion on touhou about the new game... Steam doesn't allow to buy from different countries. Meanwhile on August 26. Steam decided to remove my discussion. That's make me angry, thanks valve... 😡

Please note this is not really for Steam/Valve to decide.

I believe the game publisher chooses which countries/regions to allow a game to sell in, and which ones - not.
Also, sometimes for copyright reasons some games may be sold in only a very small region of the world too, again totally NOT Seam issue here.
