slow ethernet speed
hi, i get extremely slow downloads speeds with ethernet, like 1 gbps for 30 seconds then goes to 300 kbps, this does not happen outside of steam, any idea?

nevermind i fixed it, i discovered the drive i was downloading it on is broken apparently, i tried another drive and it worked just fine
