Can you sell steam badges or trade them
i want to sell my badges for a terraria background... Is this possible?

Only items clearly marked "tradeable" and "marketable" can be traded or marketed.

No steam badge is either of those things, because it's connected permanently to the account that EARNED them in the first place.
