This game is sure better optimized than prequel but as having the budget gpu gtx 960 4gb , at ultra i get 35 to 45 fps so i use vsync to lock it to 30 to get a smoother experience but as the frame time is lagging so I have that visual lag which feels like input lag. It bugged me as i can't aim properly so i toned down the 2 major option and i got 60 fps and i turned off vsync to still experience mouse lag a little. Then i tried to cap fps with rtss as well as dxtory.. Which didn't help me at all instead it introduced micro stutters to it.

Then i saw threads saying adaptive vysnc may help me but to no avail, it also didn't worked. What I want to know is there any way to reduce mouse lag or i just go for ultra with vsync ebabled. I really care for graphics setting and the gaming experience, stubborn I am :p
