Infinite loading when trying to report an account
I have been contacted by several accounts this month who were clearly compromised by scammers attempting to scam me by trying to scare me that I will be banned from Steam. I have Steam IDs and all that jazz, but whenever I attempt to report their profiles on Chrome, Firefox or the client the report popup never loads. This issue has been re-occurring one for me and I feel so bad for the original accountholders.

Yeah I mainly use Malwarebytes, download no illegal software and pron. I also use a script blocker on Firefox in combination with Adblock Plus. Chrome is vanilla for testing purposes.

Yea, the button does not work. Probably steam not wanting to deal with all the reports, so they make the button unavailable by endless loading. Nothing on your end can fix it.

Make sure you exit family view, you can't report any user if you're in family view.
