failed to load steamui.dll
Здравствуйте столкнулся с такой проблемой как "failed to load steamui.dll" Переустановка не помогла чистка тоже вирусов нету единственное что продвинуло меня на бесконечное обновление стима это прописать в свойствах -clientbeta client_candidate

Вроде бы перед тем как появилась эта ошибка у меня стим попросил обновиться

If you're in Steam beta opt out. Or redownlisd Steam files, to do this, go to where you install Steam, delete everything except for Steamapp folder, and steam.exe, once deleted everything except the two, run steam.exe, and see if issue resolved.

Ensure no 3rd party is causing problems such as hooking into app, restricting it permission, and not false positive quarantine files.

i reinstalled steam several times cleaned the computer with ccleaner scanned the computer with antivirus malwarebytes adw cleaner dr web cureit avast premium nothing helped me

I tried running Steam in Safe Mode, but that didn't work either.

and I wrote in the properties of the steam "-clientbeta client_candidate" that propelled me to an endless update of the steam

Depending on ths seettings for CCleaner, that could be your problem. That was once listed here :

I just couldn't take it anymore and created a theme because of it, because I tried every possible way I know , except reinstalling Windows.

It's possible steamui.dll corrupted file, find it, delete then run the steam.exe. without any target commands, you don't need to do any commands launch.
