Steam hides items even when I have no filters on?

Since it's Steamfest I decided to look into some demos. For some reason Steam hid over 200+ games even when I have no filters active.

I saw one other post ask about this but that one got no traction.
Is this a bug? Some obsucre setting? For context, I am using the English Steam UI so I doubt that it is a translation error making me act stupid, since I found a post about that from some time ago. Would really appreciate to know what this is, if not how to fix it.

I have the same issue but it's the store in general, and it's only affecting my account.

Same problem. For days now so it occured first before the Steamfest.
Of a list with 50 titles Steam hides 45 because of "my shop configuration". But I have no filter(s) active. Occurs in the shop, with curator pages (even with my own) and so on. Wanted to have a look on some demos from the Steamfest, too. But 90% of the games are hidden.
It's completely nuts. What the hack?

Oh no, I have all the things set. Steam just seems to be ignoring it.

there also seem be be tag issue or should i say lack of it. dpend on what yuo want to excluded or incluced

note the 4 tabs with diffrent tags.

Feel free to try reset webpage cache and cookies in steam settings.

but Filter is only own home lib and tags and store preference is a diffrent matter on store only,
i know you can add game again if removed from steam account ( F2P ) games but it dont sonds like that issue.

besure you are not in family view , we have seen other user do that, and things dont look normal, cant say its that, but could be why things are hidden

Same problem... Wondered if I'd confused the ticks in the preferences if they were to filter or unfilter. I've tried ticking and unticking everything, and it STILL seems to be hiding a lot of the store from me.

age check to adult content, to own country laws can also do this, im sure there is country that dont allow certain games.

its very simple , make other login user , and test is it my setting or region issue.
dont expect reply that sugarcote over the topic.

you need to be adult to understand the subject then some country do this.
and watchout for country / politic trap here. steam forum rules dont like the topic.

It might not be the ultimate solution, but it was the solution for me:

Add English language here: https://steamhost.cn/account/languagepreferences
And/or tick it during search in filters

This has been going on for years, just tried to find Liftoff. Was hidden from me. No filters.. Come on steam really? Have some honor and effing fix it!
