What is that suppose to do? There’s nothing in there to help my problem.
Click the big blue button next to "Customize Your Queue".
You can't "reset" your queue, but you can "customize" it by adding up to 10 tags you don't want to see.
It doesn't always work- if a game has a filtered tag, but has other tags that aren't filtered out, it may still show up in your queue.
Discovery Queue is there to introduce you to new things, and it will do that. New things that you may or may not be interested in.
Summer and Winter Sales queues tend to be filled with really random stuff that is on sale. I have 11,369 viewed and well over 6k ignored, and all sale long I have had crappy queues that have been way off from what type of games i tend to buy. it be like that most of the time, even when it isn't a big sale. "Discovery"- it is meant to help people discover new things.
If you want more personalized recommendations, use the Steam Labs Interactive Recommender or one of the other Steam Labs "experiments". You can narrow down the recommendations on those pages more precisely. For the sale and the trading card drops, just click through the Discovery Queue quickly, get your card, and then click the Steam Labs tab up top.
