Hello everyone!

I am a longtime user of Steam and have around 500 games in my library so far. I was hoping to add some more games to it during the Summer Sale, but after around 10 different attempts to be able to buy what is in my cart, Steam has frozen up every time. Here's what is happening.

I click on my cart and it lists everything that is inside. After that, I click purchase for myself, so it will take me to the screen where I need to enter my information in order to be able to make the purchase.

Everytime I get to this screen, I get stuck with the neverending loading wheel and eventually, I will be unable to even switch the screen from this (except with my library). I can still play games I already own, but I can no longer visit the store, my profile, or the community. I have to hard exit steam in order to get it to stop.

Just to see if it was a time issue and it would eventually load, I left it running for 12 hours overnight but it still never made it there. I don't know if purchasing one specific game is causing this, or the fact there are 21 items in my cart is causing it, or what could possibly be going on.

This is happening on the steam client, and not using a browser. If I go to a browser, my cart is lost and I don't want to have to readd everything to it.

Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance!
