Posting for Steam Badge do not exist anymore.
its replaced by "Use the discussions search to find a topic that interests you." instead of "spam the steam forum of random msg" no more "cool game" or "hello" random thread everywhere or thread necromancer

They'll just bump the first thread they find, and since search sucks, that'll be one of a random age between 1 and 3 years old rather than the most recent one.

Oh well, baby steps.

That spamming has been on the radar since it started - the battle was finding an effective way to prevent it while also not hindering on users (current or new) who are having problems. As far as I'm aware, Valve have been working on this and hopefully the end is either here already or on the horizon.

I mean we have lots of unupdated into on the web now saying post in the fourms
As well as one of the groups for beta thing on Steam keep getting "invite me please" From users that did it get its out of beta for more then a year 😝
But il hope for the best
