How can i cancel trade offers that are in trade hold

well cause i accepted an offer about 15 days ago and prices have changed now i want to cancel 1 trade offer which is on trade hold

You should have a "Cancel All Outstanding Trades" button here,

Do know that you will get a 7 day cooldown if you do that.

Well, its intention isn't for you to cancel trades that you've both already accepted and confirmed.

In that case, for the hold to be there, you either must've not had it enabled for 7 days, or you had the hold because you were receiving items in the said trade from someone who hadn't met the requirements.
