Is this a real Steam staff member?
And before you ask, i already fell for the whole "accidentally reported your account" thing from a Steam user named Centinel. This person (I believe) has been impersonating Matthew An from the Steam/Valve team and is threatening to ban my account on Discord. He has official looking "documents", and I'm extremely skeptical. I've even called him out, and he won't budge, which I assume is behavior from all scammers. Please help a gal out.

STOP ANYTHING ALTOGETHER. NOW.
DO NOT TRADE ANYTHING. It will be lost if you do! Whatever you traded before IS GONE.

DO THE STEPS BELOW IMMEDIATELY
* Scan for malware -> https://www.malwarebytes.com/

* Deauthorize all devices -> https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

* Change your password on a secure device.

* Generate new back up codes -> https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

* Revoke the api key -> https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

* Change your trade link -> Profile > your inventory > trade offer > Who can send me trade offer > scroll down and make a new trade link.

Unlink your Steam from Discord. And maybe leave a couple of servers. Something tells the scammers that you are the person who falls for things.
