I have the same problem. EA asks me for a product code, but I didn't receive a key when I purchased the game on Steam. I've added the game to both Steam and EA. Furthermore, EA Help doesn't let me contact them for help or clarification; only the chatbot responds with irrelevant responses. This is a very poor customer service approach. What can I do about this? How can I resolve this issue?
