Steam Local Network Game Transfers not working
I've got both PCs set to allow Any user, but I get this message when I try to install a game.

NOTE: This game could be transferred locally; to do that, enable local transfers on device DESKTOP-XXXXXXX.

The logs from both PCs can see the peer being added or removed in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs\content_log.txt" file.

[2023-12-17 15:22:36] Adding peer server 'HA-PC' (192.168.1.161:27036) [2023-12-17 15:22:36] Adding peer server 'FAIZ-SURFACE' (192.168.1.151:27036)

I notice that these connections are on port 27036, but the Steam help article mentions port 24070, is that a concern?

How can I troubleshoot this to figure out what's going wrong?

Never mind, I found out that the message in my screenshot was just misleading. I continued with the download and it transferred it locally from the other PC!
I also have local transfers enabled on both devices but it says I need to turn it on still when I go to download something. Are you saying it will anyways, and I should ignore the popup?
