Is anyone experiencing lag whilst taking screenshots?
It was working fine just yesterday, I did the "screenshots.vdf" removal but it did not help. Before I could press the screenshot key and it would take a heap ton in a row if I kept pressing it but now there is HUGE lag and no longer can I get "right" screenshots (or a lot in a row) because of the lag?

You might have (re)enabled taking uncompressed screenshots.

Same problem since yesterday (after Steam client update).
The uncompressed screenshots option is disabled.

I can confirm that I'm noticing as well lot of delays and hiccups when taking consecutive screenshots in one game. Before Steam client update in 2/28 everything was normal except for screenshot manager freezing from time to time when opening. Forcing me to shut down Steam and restart. But this problem is from the very begin of this year.

Is bad for me because some games I feedback a lot about bugs and horrendous issues and I do make gifs from screenshots I take. Now....now I can't. :2016imnotcrying:

I tried again today, and yep... it's frickin' still not fixed. I want to chronicle my "Aliens: Dark Descent" journey but now I have to hold out on playing it since I can't take screenshots well..
