It's still steam event sale , same BS every time doing event sale, you need to read other post why i and other say things like this.

i and other assume its this, and yes you could have other issue, but wait and see if traffic is not back to normal after sale event then ppl are done dl 2-3 days after sale.

and why steam dont need all steam user switch dl zone, that can be seen as make havok.
