Extremely slow download speed
It cant seem to go above 2 MB/s which is super weird, as while usually it isnt too fast, it is still much faster than this. I first noticed this problem a couple days ago and I would really like to fix it ASAP.

when i had this problem i just changed my download region to something else, for example from Germany Frankfurt to France Paris and then i got my download speed back. Maybe try that

also, is the issue only in steam? If no, can you check in your router how much bandwight it currently gets from your ISP?
