no matter what game I start downloading on steam the download of that game is slow practically nil I have a good internet connection and everything downloads normally except when I try to download something on steam the download fluctuates literally every second from 0mbs to max 5mbs and so on and so forth when 4 days ago I had 50mbs not to mention that on epic games I usually when I download a game I get 100mbs and on steam I only get the maximum of that 50mbs when I am lucky so is there any way to fix it???
