Steam slow disk usage
Hello!

Since a while, i've been facing a weird issue.

My primary drive (where the OS and programs are installed) is an old, slow, SATA SSD, and my secondary drive (where games are installed) is newer, faster and M.2 SSD. Now, for some reason, when i install games from Steam on my secondary drive, downloads are very slow, due to being capped by the drive usage (speed's around 25 MB/s, never gets lower than 20 MB/s, never gets faster than 30 MB/s, it's really stable, and no spikes are seen. Network usage is similar to that), but when i install them on the primary drive, speed is normal (80 MB/s on disk usage, around 100 MB/s on network speed)

The funny part is, on other launchers (EGS, Battle.net, EA Desktop, GOG Galaxy...), it works as intended and no matter the game i download on Steam, the speeds are the same as i described previously.

I've trying doing some research, and did all the potential fixes from other posts (removing steam download cache, updating drivers, benchmark my ssd and see if there's any problem, disabling search indexing, disable windows writting cache, among other stuff) and nothing has fixed this. Loading on Safe Mode doesn't solve the issue.

Even, uninstalled Steam from the primary drive and install it on the secondary drive, to see if that fixes my issue, but didn't. So, i'm asking you for any ideas of what's going on, and how can i fix this annoying issue.

Thanks for reading.

EDIT: I've seen that, when Steam verifies files, drive speed is normal (+250 MB/s), so that makes me doubt if is a drive issue or a network issue.
