extremely slow download speeds
whenever i start a download for a game to my D: (secondary) drive, it starts at around 30-40mB/s then after a bit just drops to 0 and barely goes up to like 1mB/s if this helps im trying to download ARK, when i tried to download some other games i also had the same problem

current drive:
Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM008 2 TB 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - SATA

I. check your steam download settings. (steam > settings > download) It might help to change some options here in order to make it work.

II. restart your router or modem. cut the power and put it back to energy.

III. check your router settings. enter the routers ip into your browser. (most likely http://192.168.0.1/ )
