When I asked a question about DOTA2,
it was marked as off-topic and I was suspended for a month.
This is clearly an abuse of power, right?

I don’t agree with the thread being deleted and a one-month suspension for asking a question about in-game lines.
Asking about the meaning of game dialogues is a normal and legitimate question for players trying to understand the game better.
The action taken seems excessive and unfair.
I hope the rules will be clarified so that legitimate questions like this can be handled properly in the future.
