I have 1gig internet and normally get 700+ when downloading from steam. Today it hits 100 then goes all the way down to less then 10 its super slow to load games and when it does its not connected saying im offline. I ran test with my internet and im pulling 950mbps upload and download. Ive cleared the download cache and restarted everything any ideas???
