Find the BO6 purchase itself... https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase
Choose "I still have a question..."
Explain the entire issue carefully.
And hope for the best.
Don't touch Call of Duty HQ (none of the titles, including the free trial for BO6) until you get a reply from support.
Wish me luck!
The time between your purchase and request for a refund is irrelevant. Only the game playtime matters. Make your profile public if you 'insist' otherwise
The Call of Duty® HQ is what really makes it obnoxious because the mainline titles are considered DLC to the F2P base game, Warzone.
Making the profile or games list public isn't going to let us know anything relevant to the "DLC" playtime.

Tell me how many hours I have in BO6 specifically. It only shows up under "Call of Duty®."
Activision sucks.
BO7 is going to be something to watch. Treyarch doing 2 games in a row will probably kill the BO series.
That just doesn’t make sense to me. I owned the game, on Steam, for less than 2 hours before submitting for a refund yet they are trying to tell me I have 4 hours of playtime? Lol nah.
I have the game on Battle.net as well and probably have over 3-400 hours? Ain’t no way they get to count a single second of that playtime from another platform, regardless of what account it’s on.
If you played it during a free trial event, you owned it before and returned it, or you played a family member's copy via Steam families, that playtime also counts.
Regardless, the manual refund request Hotsauce outlined is your own option. Whatever the decision is there should be considered the final one.
The game can not be shared. Activision turned off sharing for all the new CoD titles.
they do not mean from another source
it means it counts all the playtime from steam's version
even if you played during a free weekend or something like that
so you could have an earlier version that has been causing headaches with these refunds
or you could have played a couple of hours during a free time
but it would only be the time spent on steams versions
Again all playtime on steam is considered. free weekends, family sharing, etc. all of it
