No. It's a scam.

Valve employees (Steam Support) will never communicate with you about your account using any chat system including Steam Chat and Discord.

There is even a support article about this scam.

This is a common scam. Do not provide them any information they ask for.

Just Block, Report and Ignore them.

Hi Im Swat 17 Jun @ 12:23am
Put it this way, why would Steam contact a customer on a platform which doesn’t belong to them? It’s a scam and a rather old and obvious one.

If Steam / Valve need to contact you, they will do so via the Steam platform no where else.
this is often the middle of the scam

to be safe, do not trade

1. Scan for malware

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

3. Deauthorize all other devices

https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.

5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App

https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

(there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Aside from all the information above. Think about this, in what universe does Valve or any business need your help to administrate accounts that exist entirely on their systems that they have full control of?

They don't.

But you know who does need your help? Scammers. Because they don't have any control, so they need to leverage you and your control to do something they want.

Nope. You can generate a new trade link anytime if you wish, lol. It's no big deal.

The most they can do is sending you stupid offer, like banana for your expensive items. :ReeneAHA:
wait i just realised, if someone tries to steal your account, steam sends them into the shadow realm
