Community Market purchase - I did not buy

Got an email from steam saying I bought something on the community market (which I did not).

My account had about .90 cents in it and now its down to .1 cent. The item that was bought was only worth about 3 cents.

What happened? I have steam guard enabled, 2FA etc.
My account appears to be secure with no dodgy sign-ons in my history.

Your account is compromised somehow. Secure it as a matter of urgency will the following steps:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Thanks. I have done the above.

I still have no idea how this happened though as I was certain my account was secure.
