yesterday it was fine,same with this morning, now its just doing this nonstop even after a restart. any help would be nice, this is done after sending a photo btw on steam chat.

still happening. I can only send smaller images but anything normal or large gets the error, any video also does that same. my drivers are up to date, ive opted into the beta, ive restarted, cleared my download cache from what i could see from the past suggestions and also i do not have family mode.

it started working again after 3 weeks.

Im getting same error when uploading screenshots in Notes, i guess i hit the limit or something
