I've been using Steam's background record for at least 2 months with no issues. I love the feature. I've saved a few clips for myself and everything is simple and intuitive enough.

Today however when selecting a clip to view I just get loading wheel and the clip never runs. The video tracking on the bottom reveals video data when I hover different sections with the mouse, indicating to me that the data is actually there, the player just never loads the video. Further, the record and screenshot library simply refuses to load any video or even screenshots. Old content I know for a fact was working, now simply gets stuck on the loading wheel.

Was there an update recently that may have broken this feature? Has anybody else experienced any issue like this? I really would like this working again ASAP, please help!
