I am just now starting to get into cards. I got 7 Days to Die, It says I got 4 total card drops, it says that I have received 4 drops, but I only got 2 cards, and it is only one each card! How do I get my other 2 cards?

Who do I contact to get my other 2 drops, that I did not get, but the game says I did, they are not there!
