Why cant you gift bundles after you buy the games. if you can please tell me how

Depends on the bundle. Some cannot be gifted regardless since they are Complete Your Set bundles.

Ading during sales dont use the wallet. Try gifting via credit card

That is the type of bundle I mentioned that can not be gifted.
