Game always get "empty updates"
There is common bug when game suddenly starts getting updates every time you launch steam (or even more ofthen).
The thing is it is not normal update (for example, my game didn't have any updates since 2020), and it weights 0 bytes, of course with successful "download". It is annoying bug.
Cleared cache, veryfied integrity, reinstalled game and even steam, deleted folder manually, nothing helps.
I like to keep some chill games games on PC, but this makes me uninstall it.
I have had the same bug before with DOOM64, had to uninstall it when finished the game (and also would like to keep it on PC). Too annoying.

Do you have Shader Pre-Caching enabled?

I do not. It is disabled in Steam.
It was enabled back then, do you think I should try to enable/disable again and reinstall the game?

Would be a good way to test if it solves the issue.
