Anyone else have a slow loading issue on your Steam.exe?
I noticed today that the pages and even my library takes a while to load up everything. I never touch nor update anything on the Steam so what gives? I hope it's not my end that has this issue

Try emptying the download cache.
Steam-settings-downloads. clear downloads cache.
Once done fully exit Steam to refresh Steam
