Workshop Search showing Chinese?
I had the same issue when I was Seaching daily for Warhammer 3. It fully switched into that Language at one point...

Now when I search for RimWorld - I'll get 边缘世界Rimworld...

Sorry but why is this happening?

Yes Languages Settings are my Native and English only. NONE OTHER.
