My games were automatically refunded today and I didn't know about it.
Hi, I don't normally post, but today I saw that my game list has reduced in number. I cannot find any games I purchased during the Summer sale. I am so nervous and scared. I changed my password. I contacted support, but I am unsure if they can help me. Any advice? Thank you. I never got a refund email either.

Making random comments is not how you go about levelling Steam badges.
Check your transaction history https://steamhost.cn/account/history/

This could be an issue with your payment provider rather than your account being compromised. If it is the latter, then you will need to do far more extensive steps rather than just changing your password.
I changed everything. The password, phone number, got a two-factor authentication. I never got an email that my items were refunded, too. It just happened.
What does your transaction history in steam say?

These are the only steps that must be done - any done already must be repeated in the order given:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from when your device is 100% secure
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

I never got an email stating the refund process. I have done everything above.
Did you use your own payment method? How did you pay for the games?

You still need to state what your transaction history says as this is the most important thing here.
Hi, my friend and I also encountered this problem, is there any news from support?
if you dont have a note about a refund then why you think it was refund? this just wrong

Well, it would make sense for a hijacker to refund everything to the wallet that's still refundable.
