Return to steam
Suddenly returned the games that I bought on sale, now there is no money, no games. Has anyone encountered this? In fact, I myself did not return anything, only I have access to the account. There is nothing in the mail, in exchange, on the trading platform in the history.

Sounds like your account is compromised...

You are being scammed. Your account is compromised and until you fix it, ANY trades will be stolen from you....

Do NOT trade or authorize ANY trades until it is repaired.

Do the following steps:

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

And maybe think about how someone has gained access to your account.

I am writing especially for you, once again. There is nothing extraneous in purchases and stories, also, no one has entered my account. Not only I have problems with this, but other people too.
I've seen more threads about this. We might want to see if there is something in common, like the payment provider.
