This has happened numerous times now and I'm growing sick of it. Every time I bring up the Steam overlay while playing a game, there is a small chance that my PC hangs itself. The screen freezes for 5 seconds then goes completely black. I'm forced to shut off my PC manually after that because I'm locked out completely otherwise. My drivers are updated btw.
