I received a game as a gift, but it was refunded even after I accepted it, how do I reverse this?

If that in fact occurred then contact the person who gifted you the game and inquire why they refunded it.

If you did accept it, the only way a refund could complete is if you authorized the refund, or there was a payment issue for the buyer.
