So whede do we start?.. Got new hardware a couple weeks ago, new CPU, motherboard and an SSD. Was playing The Finals happily. But a week later Steam and only Steam started to behave weirdly: reopening constantly, banners in library was not loading, stealing my focus on every restart, corrupting my installed games (they was launching like in 1/10 times). So I ran some tests, especially RAM, everything was fine, checked SSDs, fine. Finally reinstalled Windows like 15 times and the issue is still here. A couple new ones appeared, actually. Can't update this shii now, telling me that I have to be online, and upon restarting download it downloads. When it first ''crashes'' it now not loading my profile picture and name it top right corner. So now I'm don't know what to do... Friendly reminder that this weirdness appears only in Steam. Help plz
