Steam turns on on system tray after booting up pc, but can't be open. Had to restart steam before it works
As title implied, this been happening for quite some time, I think like 90% of the time I boot my pc this happened.

Usually I just click the steam on the system tray nonstop until it finally popped the option to restart the steam and it works just fine after that.

But I just don't like it. Any ideas?
