Bought the game - 0 cards dropped, 0 cards to receive???
I purchased a game yesterday called "Lizards must die 2" which have trading cards available. After playing it for an hour i clicked on the game's profile to check the cards and it tells me - "0 trading cards received, 0 trading card drops remaining".
I searched on this topic and found that it can be some kind of Steam's bug, people suggested to add free game to the library but it didn't solve the problem for me.
Out of curiosity i bought another game today which is on sale now - "House of Lizards" which have cards as well, i didn't even install it, just checked the cards and i see exactly same thing - "0 trading cards received, 0 trading card drops remaining".

So somehow Steam decided to don't give me trading cards anymore for the games i purchase now? Anyone experience the same? How to fix it?

No, i bought it as usual and mouse icon appears on my messages on Lizards must die 2 forums.

Mouse icon doesn't go away when you private a game.

Well i never did it before, so i have no idea, but if i right click on the game it have this option to make it private, so i guess its not?

I have 2 games that did have drops here and 7 on my second account and all of them now say no drops remain and I have not ran or idled any of them yet.
I am having the same problem. I bought three games in the same purchase. These are not free games and I did not set any of these three games "private".

None of these 3 games dropped any cards and when I checked the trading card page for these three games, it says "No card drops remaining".

I have 7000+ games on my account, and crafted many trading cards into badges so I know I'm definitely eligible for card drops for these three games that are in the same purchase. Something is wrong for sure.

Same boat as me, tried idling the games that should drop cards and they do not drop. I've never marked a game private and never will, that isn't the issue. Second account says 5566 games eligible for booster packs, this one says 9671 games eligible for booster packs, which is basically the amount of games I have gotten all card drops from on each. I'm going to message support if the cards still do not appear after putting a lot of hours on them.

Same issue here. It's been 2 days now that I can't get any game to drop cards. I've bought 7 games with card drops within the last 2 days and all say "no card drops remaining". I'm not a total noob, I know for sure these games have card drops. Frustrating but it must be something on Steams end since nothing I do on my end seems to help at all.

yeah same thing i activated 2 games today and it says no cards remain, i didn't even download the games.
